Bordeaux recreated in Bulgaria. The Elenovo Reserve is the top line of estate-grown Cabernet Franc. The fruit aromas span from red cherry, cranberry, and blackberry, with savory aromas of bay leaf, red bell pepper, overturned earth, tobacco, and campfire. The tannins are pronounced but well integrated into the wine's full body. This wine rivals some truly great wines of the right bank of Bordeaux and California's Napa Valley.
